Para crear un proyecto eTwinning es necesario que 2 docentes acuerden todo lo necesario en relación con su idea de proyecto y lo registren en eTwinning Live. Desde ese momento, esos dos docentes son considerados los 2 socios fundadores del proyecto. A modo de recordatorio: no se puede crear un proyecto con un único socio.

eTwinning promueve la colaboración entre centros educativos de toda Europa a través del uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación, contando actualmente con 38 Servicios de Apoyo Nacionales. Este año y por primera vez, el Servicio Central de Apoyo eTwinning ha puesto en marcha la iniciativa “eTwinning school” (centros eTwinning en España) para poner en valor aquellos centros que tienen una actividad relevante en este programa.
