Activity Description
In this eTwinning educational kit, pupils will work collaboratively to investigate how climate change is affecting biodiversity across different European ecosystems. By observing their local environment, collecting data, analysing evidence and comparing findings with partner schools, pupils will understand that phenomena such as drought, habitat loss, invasive species and shifts in wildlife cycles are not distant issues, but realities present in their own regions.
The aim of the learning activities is to foster a scientific, critical and committed perspective regarding current environmental challenges. The project will enable pupils to apply the scientific method, use digital tools responsibly, communicate in English with European peers, and create collaborative products that help raise awareness within the educational community about the need to protect biodiversity and act sustainably.
