We inform you that your data will be processed by the Directorate General for Evaluation and Territorial Cooperation (National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training) of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports (info.intef@educacion.gob.es, C/ Torrelaguna, 58. 28027 Madrid.) and incorporated into the processing activity ETWINNING PROJECT, whose purpose is the management of data of collaborators, participants, representatives and subscribers in the European collaboration project eTwinning.

The lawfulness of data processing is based on compliance with public interest art. 6.1 e) of the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, in Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, in its new wording given by Organic Law 3/2020 of December 29.

It is also based on consent, article 6.1 a) of the GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679

The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine possible responsibilities, and will be transferred to the Education Departments of the Autonomous Communities that carry out European projects, for various procedures, such as processing permits, absence from the centre, sending relevant information, etc.

You may exercise the rights of articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation before the Data Protection Officer (dpd@educacion.gob.es). You can do so at the Ministry’s electronic headquarters, in person at the registry offices or by postal mail. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the supervisory authority for personal data protection (www.aepd.es/es).
