LEGITIMATION OR LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

The treatment is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the person responsible for the treatment, article 6.1e) of the RGPD, EU Regulation 2016/679, and in Law 8/2013, of December 9, for the improvement of the quality of teaching.

RECIPIENTS

Departments of Education of the Autonomous Communities that carry out European projects, for different procedures, such as processing leave of absence from the center, sending relevant information, etc.

RIGHTS

You can exercise the rights of articles 15 to 22 of the RGPD that are applicable according to the legal basis of the treatment. You can do so at the ministry’s electronic headquarters, in person at the registry offices or by postal mail.
